The Role

They are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Representative to join their dynamic London team. You will be responsible for developing and executing targeted strategies to increase brand awareness in the banking sector, helping with sales and expanding their market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design the marketing strategy and campaigns for the website, social media platforms, email marketing, product sheets and more from scratch
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans that meet business objectives
  • Create compelling advertisements and content to engage our target audience
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategies
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Generate unique sales plans to gain a competitive advantage

The Ideal Candidate

They are looking for a proactive problem-solver with marketing expertise and excellent communication and social skills. About you:

  • Bachelor degree, or higher, in marketing or sales or a related degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a sales and/or marketing role
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • A strong interest in building and shaping a marketing strategy independently
  • Ability to understand complex technologies and present their main concepts in an understandable and interesting manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strategic thinking
  • In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing principles, and proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools
  • Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven
  • A candidate who is curious, data-driven, and customer-centric
  • Knowledge and experience in the banking sector
