Location: Rawtenstall

Salary: £27.5k basic + uncapped commission & bonuses

Contract: Permanent

Join a market-leading supplier to the care sector as a Senior Account Executive. Our client is a well-established provider of care equipment, furniture, uniforms, office supplies, and catering supplies, with a strong and loyal client base in a niche market. As the company continues to grow, especially across their expanding services division, our client is offering an autonomous and rewarding role where you'll manage existing accounts while developing your own portfolio across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a live portfolio of accounts.
  • Proactively prospect and engage potential new customers.
  • Work closely with your team manager to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Build strong product and market knowledge to deliver value-adding solutions.
  • Respond to customer queries, offering guidance and support.
  • Conduct market research and customer analysis to expand and strengthen your account base.

About You

You will:

  • Have at least 2 years' experience in B2B sales and account management.
  • Be confident and professional on the telephone.
  • Demonstrate commitment to company values and high standards.
  • Have strong IT skills and be comfortable learning new systems.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Be well-organised with strong administrative skills.
  • Ideally have experience selling any of our product categories.
  • Experience with the ECI Horizon CRM system is advantageous.
