Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload of employment law matters for both claimant and respondent clients

- Contributing to marketing, networking and business development activities
- Representing the firm at industry events and presentations where appropriate

What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an Employment Lawyer who enjoys a varied workload and wants to be part of a growing specialist firm. You will have a minimum of 3 years Post Qualified Experience and may currently be working as an Employment Solicitor, Employment Lawyer or Senior Employment Solicitor, with experience handling a broad range of employment law matters for both claimant and respondent clients. You will be confident about building client relationships, developing your professional network and contributing to marketing and business development. Most importantly, you will be organised, proactive and accountable in managing your own workload, and keen to join a supportive team where work-life balance is genuinely valued.
