The Role
As a Financial Controller, you'll be responsible for a variety of finance and treasury functions, helping to maintain and streamline financial processes while managing transactions and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regular bank reconciliations and associated transactions
- Posting transactions on QuickBooks and Xero software
- Preparing month-end Management Accounts, including journals
- Managing day-to-day financial transactions
- Supporting cost control and budget management with Treasury Partners
- Overseeing and guiding the Treasury team
- Preparing financial documents (invoices, accounts payable & receivable)
- Making and processing payment runs
- Submitting BACS transactions
- General accounts administration, including maintaining files
- Ad hoc financial tasks as required
