Featuring striking original features and a contemporary industrial style, it hosts weddings, corporate events and creative shoots for clients looking for something a little different. The venue is part of a rapidly expanding UK-based venue group with multiple locations nationwide, offering a creative environment, ambitious growth plans and excellent development opportunities.

The Role

Our client is seeking a highly organised, proactive Event Manager to become the heartbeat of their busy London events venue. This hands-on role is central to delivering seamless events from initial enquiry through to final guest departure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships from booking through to live event delivery
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers and internal teams
  • Coordinate suppliers, caterers, production teams and venue staff
  • Oversee event logistics, timelines, turnarounds and order-of-the-day planning
  • Be a calm, professional presence on event days, solving issues proactively
  • Support bar operations, guest experience and venue flow
  • Set up and support photographic shoots and creative clients
  • Maintain accurate systems, schedules and communications
  • Collaborate with the wider venue group to share best practice

  • Confidence managing multiple clients and suppliers

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Experience in venue, hospitality or event management
  • Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing confidence
  • Leadership qualities and experience motivating teams
  • Knowledge of bar operations, stock management and licensing (desirable, not essential)
