The Role
Our client is looking for a hands-on, experienced and proactive Clubhouse Operations Manager to join their senior management team. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the clubhouse, leading a team, managing events, and ensuring a high-quality experience for members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage clubhouse operations across a 7-day schedule
- Lead and develop the clubhouse team – recruitment, training, and performance
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and facilities maintenance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Be a keyholder and representative of the club
- Deliver top-tier customer service and handle member queries
- Plan and coordinate events and fixtures
- Develop and execute marketing strategies
- Monitor budgets, produce financial and performance reports
- Implement board decisions and club strategy
- Champion best practices to drive sales, minimise costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
