About the Role
Working closely with our client's Dual-Site General Manager, you'll help lead the Stevenage venue across guest experience, team development and commercial performance.
You'll be visible on the floor, ready to support your colleagues and confident making decisions. Whether you're coaching a supervisor, improving service or turning performance figures into practical action, you'll help the team deliver a great experience every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing the team: Recruit, welcome, train and coach colleagues, giving Duty Managers and Supervisors the support and direction they need to succeed.
- Creating memorable guest experiences: Keep service standards high, respond to feedback and resolve concerns with care.
- Growing revenue: Make the most of bookings and venue capacity, maintain accurate pricing and champion relevant upselling across activities, food, drink and retail.
- Bringing promotions to life: Deliver and track offers, encourage repeat visits and support campaigns that connect with the venue's audiences and local community. xgikmsk
