As an Account Executive at Flashpoint you will work with Commercial procurement teams, handling client renewals and upsell opportunities. You will develop and build relationships with key stakeholders to identify any risk and growth opportunities within accounts. You will collaborate internally with cross-functional teams, including the Account Manager, to ensure client expectations are being met, as well as strategically planning how to grow revenue.
We have a role for you if you have:
- Partnered with enterprise procurement teams and managed a book of business of $5 million plus
- A growth mindset, and experience selling into an existing account base
- SaaS experience, ideally scaling revenue to drive company revenue
- Deep understanding of customer buying cycles in commercial markets in Canada, South America, Central America, APAC, and EMEA.
What you will get to do on our team:
- Actively pursue a strategic, balanced approach to grow existing business, both organic growth and expansion of current services.
- Ideally exceed quota established for quarterly and annual goals
- Work with stakeholders (sales/customer success/leadership/partnerships) to understand requirements and craft the appropriate Flashpoint solution for their needs
- Keep up to date on industry trends and provide competitive analysis to optimize strategies for growth
- Ensure to capture and utilize critical data using Salesforce and other CRM tools
What you will achieve:
- Within 30 days: Cross-train across Flashpoint’s intelligence suite of products and services; Work to understand Flashpoint’s deeper ROI; Lean-in and help out wherever it will add value, including helping to create knowledge transfer materials based on past experience.
- Within 60 days: Comfortable navigating our sales tooling, processes, and documentation standards; Tag-in on customer-facing meetings to shadow and learn our consultative approach with procurement teams.
- By 90 days: Competency in facilitating client engagement and have a deep understanding of our client base with the ability to recognize risks for churn and opportunities for growth.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience with commercial B2B SaaS renewals and upselling, preferably security or data security products
- Knowledge of information security and risk intelligence is preferred, with a continued willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to develop strong, long-term relationships by following appropriate sales methodology and using a hands-on, customer-centric approach
- Ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels
- Possess a self-starter attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to adapt to rapidly-changing environments
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
Base Pay Range: 43,000-45,000 GBP plus commission
