Flashpoint Swansea is seeking a Café & Events Manager to lead café operations and develop engaging events for our community. You will own processes, standards and training, while creating initiatives that strengthen customer experience across the café and centre.
The role combines hands-on hospitality with community events, requiring organisation, creativity and enthusiasm. You will drive improvements in service, menu development and event delivery to enhance the Flashpoint Swansea experience.
