Salary: £35,235 - £39,513 per annum + £3,000 welcome payment
Sponsorship available for eligible candidates in the UK with statutory experience
Must hold a full UK driving licence
About the Role:
Supply Care Solutions is recruiting experienced Adult Social Workers for permanent roles within the West Midlands Local Authority. You will work across a wide variety of adult social care services using a strengths-based approach, supporting individuals' independence, safety, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake Care Act Assessments, support planning, and Section 42 Enquiries
- Conduct Mental Capacity Assessments and Community DoLS
- Carry out CHC and s117 work
- Undertake safeguarding enquiries and work in partnership with other agencies
- Provide high-quality adult social care interventions using a strengths-based approach
Requirements:
- Registered Social Worker with Social Work England
- Degree, Diploma, C.S.S, or C.Q.S.W in Social Work
- Awareness of current legislation and guidance relevant to adult social care
- Experience conducting Safeguarding Enquiries and working collaboratively with other agencies
- Up-to-date CV
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
- National Insurance Number
