Key Requirements

• Qualification: Level 3 in Early Years or Childcare (e.g., NVQ Level 3, CACHE Level 3 Diploma).
• Experience: Minimum 6 months\’ recent experience as a qualified Early Years Practitioner.
• Transport: Access to a reliable vehicle with valid business car insurance.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities aligned with EYFS.
• Observe, assess, and record children\’s progress.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Adhere to all nursery policies, especially safeguarding and health & safety.
