Sales Executive – French Speaking (Hybrid working)
Total Compensation: £35k-40k
Do you have 1-3 years' experience in a fast-paced sales environment? This could be in a lead generation, business development, account management or sales role.
We are looking for hungry, self-motivated, and commercially minded individuals to join our experienced Sales Team in our established, global company – could this be you?
About the role:
- Understand customers’ needs and requirements to convert warm inbound leads into new clients
- Own a valuable portfolio of existing customers, focusing on building and strengthening relationships
- Pro-actively win new business opportunities from existing leads
- Act as the dedicated point of contact for your customers’ queries via phone and email
- Pursue sales targets and objectives for your assigned territory
- Learn fundamental sales skills and product knowledge in our Sales Hero Academy training
About you:
- French speaker to native standard
- 1-3 years' experience in sales, business development or account management in a fast-paced sales environment with short sales cycles
- Hunter mindset, competitive and money-motivated
- Coachable and self-motivated to learn and develop your skills
- Excellent communications skills including active listening
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask

About our Offer:
- Basic salary up to £28,000 (Depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission
- — On average, £10,000-£12,000 on top of your basic salary in Year 1
