About the Role

As a Business Development Specialist, you will generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and build a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly targets. You will identify, engage and convert high-potential prospects into active clients while managing a portfolio of existing accounts and warm leads. Your focus will be on reactivating clients, strengthening relationships and identifying new opportunities to grow revenue. This role requires a true hunter mindset, strong follow-up skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
