You will lead a high-performing engineering organisation across Precision Locator and CAT product lines, shaping roadmaps with Product and Project Management to deliver high-quality, timely outcomes.

You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, build strong teams, and foster a culture of ownership, innovation and continuous improvement.
