Flash Pack is hiring a People Partner to join our People team. You will work closely with our Head of People & Talent to build frameworks, programmes and ways of working that help our people do their best work in a remote-first world.
You will own and deliver key projects across the People lifecycle such as onboarding, probations, growth and development, performance management and be a trusted partner to our managers, helping them bring to life and embed the things we’re building.
