OverviewJoin Flash Pack as a Marketing Executive . This hybrid role blends content creation, performance marketing and storytelling. You\’ll support PR, partnerships and work closely with the Head of Content, Creative Strategist and Founder & CMO.
Responsibilities
Create and film short‐form video (Premiere Pro / CapCut), photo and graphics for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and paid social.
Produce UGC, interview and customer stories; stay on top of social trends.
Support performance marketing: design Meta & Google ad assets, run A/B tests, analyse results.
Assist with email marketing: build and schedule emails, report performance.
Help update website content (training provided).
Support PR & partnerships: outreach, press materials, coordinate with creators.
Track performance of content & campaigns, iterate quickly, experiment.
Build understanding of funnels, consumer psychology and performance metrics.

Proven ability to film, edit and package content quickly and at high quality.
Strong design eye for scroll‐stopping organic assets; bonus if you own active social channels.
Experience gathering UGC and speaking to customers.
Versatility across film, trend scouting, viral experiments.
Pulse on current social trends and platform tone adaptation.
Track performance and use feedback to improve.
Passion for AI tools to scale output.
Curiosity about performance marketing and ROI.
