Join Flash Pack as a Marketing Executive. This hybrid role blends content creation, performance marketing and storytelling. You will support PR, partnerships and work closely with the Head of Content, Creative Strategist and Founder & CMO.
Responsibilities
- Create and film shortâform video (Premiere Pro / CapCut), photo and graphics for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and paid social.
- Produce UGC, interview and customer stories; stay on top of social trends.
- Support performance marketing: design Meta & Google ad assets, run A/B tests, analyse results.
- Assist with email marketing: build and schedule emails, report performance.
- Help update website content (training provided).
- Support PR & partnerships: outreach, press materials, coordinate with creators.
- Track performance of content & campaigns, iterate quickly, experiment.
- Build understanding of funnels, consumer psychology and performance metrics.
