Flash Pack is hiring a Head of Health & Safety to own the safety discipline end to end. You will define risk boundaries, lead incident responses, and ensure safety is integral to trip design. This role requires strong leadership, experience in high-risk environments, and the ability to balance safety with product ambition.
You will be based in London (or nearby) with travel for supplier audits and incident response, and occasional remote-flexible working as part of the salary framework.
