FlarePeople's Pricing Pathfinders Academy is your direct path in. We train graduates to become Insurance pricing analysts through a full-time 10 week academy, then ongoing on the job training. Then we deploy you straight into a live role at a major Insurer with a guaranteed career progression plan and ongoing mentoring.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2:1 or above in a quantitative degree (Maths, Stats, Economics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent)

  • No insurance experience needed, we’ll teach you, but interest in the Insurance sector is a must
