Your purpose and impact:

  • Partner with the sales team to articulate the value proposition of the Flare platform to our prospective customers
  • Delight our customers by understanding their requirements, fielding technical questions, and demonstrating capabilities platform
  • Develop sample use-cases, technical demos and manage product Proof of Concepts end-to-end

  • Training other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company\'s products and services

You’ll be a perfect fit if:

  • You are comfortable being the primary technical point of contact during the sales process — steering demos, owning POCs, and proactively resolving blockers

  • You consistently keep stakeholders updated throughout project phases and sales cycles — no one ever has to chase you for an update
  • You have relevant experience in a pre and/or post-sales role at a cybersecurity vendor

  • You are comfortable with ambiguity in a startup environment. Building the plane as it’s flying
  • You lead with curiosity and empathy in all of your interactions. You give a hoot about your clients and colleagues (a lot of hoots, actually)
  • You thrive on feedback and are motivated to hone your craft. Radical candor is your jam
  • You are fluent in French

Nice to haves:

  • You’ve helped build or refine pre-sales and technical sales processes from scratch — and have strong opinions about what makes them scalable, efficient, and customer-centric
  • You’ve created technical enablement content like talk tracks, demo scripts, objection-handling guides, or onboarding decks for both prospects and internal teams
  • You’ve worked closely with product, marketing, or customer success to bring customer insights back into the product or positioning
  • You’re comfortable using and configuring tools that support solution engineering (e.g. demo environments, sandboxed integrations, CRMs, etc.)
  • You’ve worked in an early-stage startup and understand how to balance speed with quality when making customer-facing decisions
  • You’re a Confluence/Google Docs wizard and take pride in leaving behind clear, reusable documentation
  • You don’t mind rolling up your sleeves to handle things slightly outside your job description when it helps the team win
