Life is short. Work somewhere awesome.

Flare is a breakout cybersecurity Software-as-a-Service (Saa S) company with a mission to empower organizations to take control of their data and protect their customers, employees and brand by shedding light on external threats.

We enable cybersecurity teams to proactively detect high-risk external exposure across the dark and clear web, before threat actors have a chance to leverage it.

We unify the core functionalities of cyber threat intelligence and external attack surface management into a single, intuitive platform.

TL; DR: We are a bunch of geeks who help protect our clients' data (and people in their network) by locating cyber risks.

As our Channel Account Manager for UKI & DACH, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling Flare's indirect revenue engine across two of our most strategic territories, with additional reach into Central & Eastern Europe through our existing distributor relationship.

Based in the United Kingdom, with significant travel into the DACH region, you will own the partner and distributor relationships that drive meaningful, scalable revenue growth.

With a clear focus on VARs in UKI and MSSPs and VARs in DACH, you will bring existing relationships, deep channel expertise, and a start-up mentality to a role that sits at the heart of Flare's go-to-market strategy.

You will manage established distributor relationships, identify and develop new strategic distribution partnerships, and work collaboratively alongside existing partners to accelerate growth without disruption.

If you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where no two days look the same and your impact is immediately visible, this is the role for you.

Your purpose and impact

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to own and grow Flare's indirect sales motion across UKI and DACH, building a partner and distributor ecosystem that delivers consistent, scalable revenue growth while establishing Flare as the partner of choice in the cybersecurity channel.

You will

  • Own end-to-end VAR recruitment and development across the UKI, identifying and activating the right partners to build a high-performing, revenue-generating reseller community
  • Own end-to-end VAR and MSSP recruitment and development across DACH, building a robust and scalable partner ecosystem that reflects the distinct commercial dynamics of the German-speaking market
  • Own and execute Flare's DACH distributor strategy, ensuring the right commercial frameworks, enablement programs, and joint go-to-market plans are in place to drive sustainable, scalable growth
  • Work alongside Softprom to support and accelerate partner recruitment, enablement, and pipeline generation across Central & Eastern Europe, acting as a collaborative partner to Softprom rather than a replacement, and leveraging their deep in-market expertise to extend Flare's reach across the region
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive indirect revenue strategy across UKI and DACH territories that meets or exceeds assigned quotas, with a primary focus on VARs in UKI and MSSPs and VARs in DACH
  • Leverage and expand existing relationships within the UKI VAR community and the DACH MSSP and VAR communities to accelerate partner recruitment, activation, and revenue growth
  • Establish clear priorities among partner segments and specific partners in support of the overall indirect revenue strategy, recognizing the distinct partner dynamics between UKI and DACH markets
  • Own the revenue growth strategy with specific partners, ensuring that both Flare and the partner derive measurable value from the relationship
  • Team closely with regional Account Executives across UKI and DACH to align on territory plans, co-selling opportunities, and joint pipeline development, ensuring seamless collaboration between direct and indirect motions
  • Partner with Flare Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing enablement for every new partner and distributor
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing to create turnkey marketing programs with a focus on lead generation, brand awareness, and product adoption, tailored to VAR audiences in UKI and MSSP and VAR audiences in DACH
  • Work with Partner Marketing to establish pipeline objectives in support of company revenue targets, and execute pipeline generation efforts focused on relevant partner segments in each region
  • Design repeatable and scalable campaign infrastructure tailored to different partner segments within your geography
  • Represent Flare as a subject matter expert on our partner program and value proposition, delivering compelling presentations and business cases to prospective and existing partners and distributors across all territories
  • Travel regularly to DACH markets — approximately 50% of the time — to meet with priority MSSP and VAR partners, distributor stakeholders, attend regional industry events, and strengthen in-market relationships
  • Adapt quickly to an evolving product, competitive landscape, and internal priorities, bringing a start-up mindset to every challenge and opportunity
  • You'll be a perfect fit if
  • You have 8+ years of experience in channel management and/or alliances roles, with demonstrated progression in scope and responsibility
  • You have 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity
  • You bring strong, existing relationships within the UKI VAR community and the DACH MSSP and VAR communities, and can leverage these from day one
  • You have a proven track record of successfully building and executing selling motions with various partner types, including MSSPs, GSIs, VARs, CSPs, and Technology Alliances
  • You have demonstrable expertise in managing VAR-led motions in UKI and MSSP and VAR-led motions in DACH, with a clear understanding of the commercial and operational differences between these partner types
  • You have proven experience managing and developing distributor relationships, including working with established distributors and identifying and onboarding new strategic distribution partners
  • You are comfortable owning a distributor strategy end-to-end, from partner identification and commercial negotiation through to enablement, joint planning, and pipeline accountability
  • You have experience working collaboratively alongside existing distribution partners, with the ability to add value and accelerate growth without disrupting established relationships — as demonstrated by the collaborative model with Softprom across Central & Eastern Europe
  • You have prior experience in a start-up or early-stage company environment and genuinely thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and often ambiguous conditions
  • You are a self-starter who can build structure where little exists, move quickly, and make sound decisions without always having full information
  • You are resilient and adaptable, with a positive attitude towards change and a hunger to grow alongside the business

  • Mandatory Requirements
  • You are a native German speaker (written and spoken), with the ability to engage partners and conduct business fully in German across the DACH region
  • You have native or near-native English language skills (written and spoken)
  • You are comfortable operating in a UK-based role while managing a multi-territory remit that requires approximately 50% travel to the DACH region
  • Bonus points if
  • You have experience working with threat intelligence, dark web monitoring, or broader cybersecurity Saa S platforms
  • You have familiarity with MSSP commercial models, including white-labeling, resell, and referral structures
  • You have existing relationships with or visibility into the Distology partner community

  • Generous holiday allowance
  • Travel budget to support approximately 50% travel across the DACH region
  • Fun company events; "Flamping", curling, rock climbing and many others
  • You will join a high-growth, innovative start-up where you'll see your impact immediately and be empowered to take on challenges for your personal and professional growth
  • You will be a key part of Flare's growth story at an exciting stage in the company's journey, with the autonomy to shape and build a best-in-class channel function across two of our most strategic markets
