Flannery Plant Hire is a leading provider of plant hire and specialist attachments to the construction industry across the UK and Ireland. With a comprehensive fleet of innovative machinery, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and meeting our clients' project requirements.

We are seeking a highly organised, efficient, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator, part of our Operated Plant Hire team. You will be responsible for liaising with the Operated Plant Hire team and external induction teams, ensuring all relevant documents are gathered and inductions booked. You will also be involved with making sure the database is updated and maintained.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with inductions for all new employees/operators
  • Compliance checks, i.e. right to work documentation
  • Data Management, including maintaining employee records on the database
  • Liaising with internal and external departments
  • Responding to incoming calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner
  • Dealing with queries and investigating any discrepancies
  • Ensure all personal data is collected, stored, and processed in line with the Data Protection Act (DPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Company Policies
  • Maintaining a good working relationship with your colleagues
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required
