Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday - 7:30am - 6:00pm
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays - 7:30am - 1:00pm

Flannery Plant Hire is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruiter to join our team. As an Operator Recruiter, you will play a critical role in ensuring we provide our customers with the best service by sourcing and on-boarding the finest operators seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilising the existing database to source operators
  • Dealing with general day to day queries
  • Being proactive in finding/screening new operators
  • Ensuring all documents and references are verified
  • Being well organised and planning ahead
  • Building / Maintaining relationships with new / existing operators
  • Being able to problem solve

Experience:

  • Previous resourcing experience in the construction industry
  • Confidence in speaking to a variety of people
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Experience in being able to multitask, and follow instructions
