Flannery Plant Hire is seeking a Service Manager to lead maintenance and servicing of the fleet, ensuring availability, reliability, safety and regulatory compliance. The role oversees workshop operations, field service engineers, and maintenance planning to minimise downtime and maximise fleet utilisation.
You will work with Operations, Transport, Engineering, Procurement and Hire Desk teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement, coaching engineers and technicians.
