We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Business Performance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various white-collar positions within our company. This role will play a crucial part in implementing effective recruitment strategies, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring that our workforce is leveled up to meet organisational need.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for white-collar and blue-collar positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure Flannery Plant Hire remains competitive in the talent market.
- Candidate Sourcing and Selection: Utilise various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals to actively recruit qualified candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and participate in interviews, assessments, and selection processes to identify the most suitable candidates for each position. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Oversee the implementation of employer branding initiatives, including job advertisements, social media campaigns, and career events. Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a White Collar Recruiter or similar role, preferably within the construction or plant hire industry (Not Essential).
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and selection techniques.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and selection.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
