Job Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruiter to join our team. As a Plant Resourcer, you will play a critical role in sourcing and onboarding the best operators to ensure excellent service for our customers. Responsibilities Utilising the existing database to source operators. Managing day-to-day queries efficiently. Proactively finding and screening new operators. Verifying all documents and references. Maintaining organization and planning ahead. Building and maintaining relationships with operators. Problem-solving as needed. Experience and Skills Previous resourcing experience in the construction industry. Confidence in communicating with a variety of people. Excellent organizational skills.
