The Opportunity
We’re currently seeking qualified and motivated Class 2 (Category C) Drivers to join our team. This is more than a driving role — it’s a pathway into a long-term career in plant operations. Successful candidates will not only deliver and collect equipment but will also have the opportunity to receive fully funded plant training, enabling them to expand their skills and progress within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering and collecting plant equipment safely and efficiently to and from customer sites
- Ensuring all loads are correctly secured, compliant, and in line with safety standards
- Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting defects as required
- Liaising professionally with clients, site personnel, and depot teams
- Assisting with basic equipment familiarisation upon delivery
- Participating in in-house plant training to gain additional qualifications and certifications
- Upholding Flannery’s commitment to safety, professionalism, and high service standards
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence with current CPC and Digi Tacho Card
- Clean driving record and strong awareness of transport regulations
- Previous experience delivering plant, construction, or heavy equipment is desirable but not essential
- A positive, reliable, and safety-first attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills, particularly in plant operation
