Visual Merchandise Supervisor – Flagship Department Store – Liverpool

We are now looking for a Visual Merchandise Supervisor to join the team in our Flagship store in Liverpool.
Job Description
- Lead weekly walkthroughs of the store in its entirety with Managers and In-store team to plan workload and give clear direction to focus team activity for coming week(s), in line with marketing & comms calendars and Head Office VM instruction
- Work alongside the floor managers and their teams to ensure brands are merchandised commercially and to their correct identities, the Frasers way, using the Visual Principles, Brand Segmentations and Seasonal Stylefiles supplied by the Head Office VM teams
- Provides timely feedback to associates, recognising success and positively challenging poor performance
- Use expertise to coach and develop shop floor teams to improve their confidence and merchandising skills by owning the Visual implementation within store
- Create the desire to buy, by consistently delivering exceptional visual standards through the simple, commercial and elevated merchandising of brands, windows and shop floor displays aligning with Head Office instruction
- Create seasonal hotspot / trend areas to coincide with Marketing and Visual Comms instruction
- Be reactive to best-selling and key product in store and feedback to HO VM Team
- Hands-on in the set-up and documentation of seasonal Model Store across all departments
- Work closely with Managers to deliver promotions and events which meet deadlines, adhere to Company guidelines and maximise sales
- Maintain stocks of POS and visual equipment to ensure store can deliver a strong visual message at all times

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Experience in a leadership or management role is essential
- Experience in visual merchandising in fashion retail
- Knowledge and passion for Luxury fashion and brands
- Creative, imaginative and have a flair for fashion, whilst being mindful of commerciality and brand identities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fearless attitude, open to new ways of working
Please note this role is a full time, 45h per week contract. You should be flexible to work shifts across the week including early mornings, evenings and weekends. There are no set shifts in this role and the working pattern will change week on week.
