Do you work within Civil Engineering & Utilities? Are you looking for your next contract? Flanagan Labour Hire are recruiting sub-contract trades for Utility work throughout the UK. This will be working for a South Wales based company but you will be working away Monday - Friday. These are self employed positions with the opportunity for ongoing work.

The opportunities are for the positions of:

  • Water Mains Layer
  • Water Service Layer
  • Utilities Operatives required for the installation and commissioning of water mains/services for numerous projects UK wide.

The candidate will ensure all operations are performed as per the program, to specification and within specific Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental guidelines. The successful candidate will have experience working within utilities, a strong background in water.

You will be required to have some or all of the below tickets:

  • Mechanical Excavator or Dumper Qualification
  • SHEA Qualification
  • EUSR Qualification
  • Experience of utility works
  • The right to work and live in the UK

Having the following tickets will be an advantage:

  • Mechanical Excavator or Dumper Qualification
  • Electro Fusion and Butt Welding training
  • NRSWA Streetworks Qualification

In return you will receive a decent rate, company vehicle and your accommodation, evening meal and breakfast paid for.
