Job Purpose: To assist the Printroom Supervisor in the day to day running of the Printroom supporting and assisting the Printroom operatives and ensuring all duties are carried out correctly and efficiently, also enforcing the companies labelling procedures and policies.

Dimensions of the Job:

  • Staff: Up to 12 Print room operatives (8 days and 4 nights). Cover Supervisor
  • Labels/Packaging: Responsible for the stock control of all labels, film and packaging, highlight and report to your Supervisor and Packaging Manager/department if any stock is required.
  • ERP: Responsible for maintaining and any processing within our ERP system (Prophet), Bartender and colos online printing.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • To ensure efficiency targets per hour standards are met and are improved.
  • To ensure accuracy of all plans and that the systems are in place to capture waste, ensure correct labels are printed and distributed via your team to the production lines.
  • To ensure all product labels are received and accepted in line with the current product specification.
  • To complete stock takes and ensure transfers are done correctly and efficiently.
  • To report serious disciplinary issues to a supervisor/manager.
  • Promote the companies clean as you go policy.
  • To ensure all health and safety policies are adhered to in all areas at all times.
  • Be familiar with and have a good understanding of ERP systems.
