Job Purpose: To ensure the businesses ERP system is completed correctly, efficiently and reports any issues/discrepancies to the Line Leaders. Ensure all duties are carried out correctly and efficiently, also enforcing the company’s operational procedures and policies.
Dimensions of the Job:
- Line Process: Responsible for controlling the aspects of Pallet Labelling / packing processes and controls within the company’s existing policies and procedures.
- Paperwork/ Equipment: Responsible for inputting the correct equipment and ensuring the stock is processed and recorded properly in Prophet.
- ERP: Responsible for maintaining any processing of information within our ERP system (Prophet).
Principle Accountabilities:
- To ensure accuracy of all decant jobs, capturing waste and making sure correct labels and product is packed correctly.
- Ensure a comprehensive handover is given to all shifts and departments within operations if required.
- To ensure all paperwork relevant to your position is filled out correctly and filed.
- To ensure all health and safety policies are adhered to in all areas at all times.
Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications:
- Computer proficiency.
- Must have sound administrative skills.
- Must have a flexible approach to work.
- Good communication skills required.
- Must have a good understanding of ERP systems.
Wed-Sat Night shifts available.
