The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.
To be hands on and co-ordinate activities and requirements of the nursery packhouse through acting as the 1st point of contact and liaison for Nursery Operatives and Senior Management. To ensure that all materials and equipment are available to support the production needs daily whilst ensuring the business works in an efficient way, enabling it to deliver on customer demands both internally and externally.
Ensure that the quality of all products generated by the lines meets the customer and in house standards. Be responsible for line output, including appearance, spread, trim, head, stem level and correct packaging / hardware. Ensure products are stored correctly during productive / non-productive times. Engage in audits, visits and finished product inspections. Work closely with the quality / technical team to create a proactive approach to product quality.
To highlight and progress stock and raw material issues ensuring that lines are kept running. To act as first point of contact for the planning, technical, stock control, other areas of production, engineering and management to ensure that process coordination is maintained throughout the factory.
