Flamingo Flowers is looking for motivated and reliable Conditioning Operatives to join our production team in Sandy. This role is an important part of our flower preparation process, ensuring products are handled, conditioned, and prepared to the highest standards before moving through production.
You will work across various conditioning areas, supporting production targets while maintaining excellent quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Work across different conditioning areas as required.
- Follow training, instructions, and standard operating procedures accurately.
- Handle and prepare flowers and products carefully to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure products are stored and processed correctly throughout conditioning.
- Meet productivity and performance targets set by your Team Leader.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and housekeeping.
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices.
- Support continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
