Set in 375 acres of picturesque North Yorkshire countryside, Flamingo Land Resort creates a truly unforgettable experience for Guests of all ages.
Our Warehouse Operations Team really are the backbone of the resort and they ensure that all of our units are full of stock and supplies.
From delivering fresh food to our Food & Beverage outlets, to ensuring our retail hubs have a plentiful supply of merchandise, the days will be varied as you pick stock and deliver it around the resort.
The Team start as early as 7.00am and can finish as late as 9pm as we keep the party rolling.
- General Duties
- You'll be taking deliveries and putting them away
- Picking stock from the daily requisitions and making deliveries around the park
- You will need to be accurate, adaptable and sometimes need to go the extra mile…on a busy day it may be a few extra miles
- This role is not your typical warehouse role. You will find yourself darting around the park as well as in the store rooms.
- Your commitment to delivering great Guest service is what we need as you assist your colleagues on the front line
- Forklift experience and a clean full driving licence is preferred but not essential
- Hours
Most of our seasonal roles are available on a full time and part time basis.
Typically a full time role is up to 40 hours a week, our part time roles are often 16 to 24 hours a week in term times increasing during university, college and school holidays.
Our busiest trading days are weekends, holidays and bank holidays therefore it is to be expected we will need our Team to be available to ensure our Guests have the experience they deserve.
Transport
We provide on site free parking.
There are good local bus links into Malton, York, Pickering & Thornton Dale provided by Coastliner.
The Tees Valley bus will have stops at Stockton, Middlesbrough, Grangetown, Redcar, Saltburn, Brotton, Skelton & Guisborough.

There is a good range of local accommodation providers within our immediate vicinity. Flamingo Land does not provide any onsite staff accommodation.
