Set in 375 acres of picturesque North Yorkshire countryside, Flamingo Land Resort creates a truly unforgettable experience for Guests of all ages. We have a requirement for a Hot Tub Operative to work within the Holiday Village at Flamingo Land. This role can be worked either full time or part time, but would include working Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday to cover days off.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and repair our hot tubs
- Test water balance chemistry
- Assist with the installation of hot tubs and troubleshoot faults, including replacement and fitting of heat pumps, heaters, jets etc.
- Communicate with our Guests to diagnose any issues and provide solutions through to resolution
- Service, clean and sanitise hot tubs to a high standard
Requirements
- Previous experience in hot tub maintenance or a related field preferred but not essential
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
- Knowledge of water chemistry and treatment methods is desirable, however training will be provided
