Set in 375 acres of picturesque North Yorkshire countryside, Flamingo Land Resort creates a truly unforgettable experience for guests of all ages. While not seen by our guests, our administration team supports the resort’s operations.

We have a range of administration roles, including:

  • Telephone Based Customer Service Assistant
  • Warehouse Counter Assistant
  • Data Input Clerk
  • Stock Controller
  • Cash Office Assistant
  • Contact Centre Call Handler
  • Holiday Village Reception

Full training will be given. The ideal candidates will have:

  • Good IT and computer skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication with guests or suppliers
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Accurate and efficient work habits

Flexible working options are available. Most roles are full-time, part-time, or seasonal, typically up to 40 hours a week for full-time positions and 16 to 24 hours for part-time. Peak periods include weekends, holidays, and bank holidays, so availability may be required.
