Responsibilities & Duties

Our Bars Team are the face of our bars and venues, creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests who are visiting for the day or staying at the Resort. Whether you’re serving drinks, chatting with guests or keeping the bar running smoothly during busy periods, you’ll be right at the heart of the action. We’re open from early mornings through to late nights, so we offer flexible shift patterns to suit both students and those looking for regular bar work. As part of our Bars Team, you will engage with guests and work at pace as our venues get busy at peak times and during show times. You will need to ensure that the bar, front of house & back of house are cleaned and maintained in accordance with company guidelines throughout the day. You will interact with a variety of people; both guests and all of our fantastic team members, therefore a good level of conversational English is essential.

Requirements

YOU MUST BE OVER 18 TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE. Previous experience working within a similar setting is desirable, although full training will be given; making these roles ideal for both experienced bartenders and students looking to gain hospitality experience.

Hours

Most of our seasonal roles are available on a full time and part time basis. Typically a full time role is up to 40 hours a week; our part time roles are often 16 to 24 hours a week in term times increasing during university, college and school holidays. Our busiest trading days are weekends, holidays and bank holidays therefore it is to be expected we will need our Team to be available to ensure our guests have the experience they deserve.

Transport

We provide on site free parking. As these roles often finish late in the evening, public transport is not available and therefore having access to your own transport is highly beneficial.
