The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
To assist the Manufacturing Supervisor in the day to day running of the Pack house supporting and assisting the key staff and ensuring all duties are carried out correctly and efficiently, also enforcing the companies procedures and policies.
Dimensions of the Job Line process: Responsible for controlling all aspects of labelling/production and/or decant processes and controls within the company’s existing policies and procedures.
Communication: Maintain a high level of communication with all other areas of the operation.
Principle Accountabilities:
- To ensure accuracy of all plans and that the systems are in place to capture waste, ensure correct labels are made and distributed via your team.
- To ensure efficiency targets per hour standards are met and are improved.
- To ensure all product labels are received and accepted in line with the current product specification.
- To complete all necessary tasks such as pit stops, escalation of issues, 5 S audits and SIC control boards.
- To report serious disciplinary issues to a supervisor/manager.
Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications:
- Must have sound administrative skills.
- Must have a flexible approach to work.
- Some previous experience preferable.
- Be familiar with and have a good understanding of ERP systems.
