Role: Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor
Location: Bristol
Salary: 29k basic – 34.5k OTE + benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 – 6:00. No Saturday rota!
Responsibilities
- You will be the main key point of contact for customers while their vehicle is on site.
- You will manage all service walk‐in enquiries on behalf of the dealership.
- You’ll liaise with other departments to provide customers with accurate and competitive pricing for work requirements.
- Hand over and accept vehicles onto site while recording details.
- Upsell additional work and document all findings.
- Contact all customers personally the day prior for a pre‐call.
- Carry out duties while adhering to brand service requirements.
- Perform all previous history checks on vehicles to ensure correct work is allocated.
Qualifications
- Excellent administration and interpersonal skills to talk through and schedule work through the workshop.
- Effective communicator.
- Experience in a highly focused, customer‐facing role.
- Previous relevant experience within the automotive industry is advantageous but not essential.
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Organised with good attention to detail.
