Role: Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor

Location: Bristol

Salary: 29k basic – 34.5k OTE + benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 – 6:00. No Saturday rota!

Responsibilities

  • You will be the main key point of contact for customers while their vehicle is on site.
  • You will manage all service walk‐in enquiries on behalf of the dealership.
  • You’ll liaise with other departments to provide customers with accurate and competitive pricing for work requirements.
  • Hand over and accept vehicles onto site while recording details.
  • Upsell additional work and document all findings.
  • Contact all customers personally the day prior for a pre‐call.
  • Carry out duties while adhering to brand service requirements.
  • Perform all previous history checks on vehicles to ensure correct work is allocated.

Qualifications

  • Excellent administration and interpersonal skills to talk through and schedule work through the workshop.
  • Effective communicator.
  • Experience in a highly focused, customer‐facing role.
  • Previous relevant experience within the automotive industry is advantageous but not essential.
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Organised with good attention to detail.
