Responsibilities
- You will be the driving force behind your sales team, igniting their motivation and providing expert coaching to ensure targets and goals are achieved.
- Ensuring your sales team deliver and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Responsible for the implementation of compliance in regards to maintaining manufacturer standards and obligations to the customer, ensuring trust and integrity in all that we do.
- You will ensure the dealership is well presented, making sure the site's stock is well managed, leaving a lasting impression on all who visit.
About you
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager / Business Manager / Transaction Manager in the motor trade.
- Full UK DL.
- Have the ability to push a forward-thinking sales team to be the best.
