Location: Slough
Salary: 35k basic, 75k OTE + car + benefits
Hours: Monday to Saturday 8.30 – 6.00 (with a fixed day off), NO SUNDAYS!
What you’ll be doing:
- Build rapport with customers quickly and professionally, ensuring fair treatment
- Identify suitable finance and insurance options for customers and achieve profitability targets
- Monitor finance and insurance performance and address any shortfalls
- Assist management with planning, forecasting, and revising business plans
- Coach and develop the team to achieve business objectives
- Log activity to monitor performance and provide regular feedback to senior management
Who we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Business Manager
- Experienced in target-driven motor trade sales
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities tailored to customer needs
- Knowledgeable in vehicle legislation, consumer legislation, and modern business practices
- Positive, energetic, and motivated to achieve and exceed targets
- Capable of leading by example and motivating a team
- Holds a full UK driving licence
