Overview
ROLE: Service Advisor
LOCATION: Tunbridge Wells
SALARY: 30k basic β 36k OTE + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 β 6.00. NO SATURDAY ROTA!
Responsibilities
- You will be the main point of contact for customers whilst their vehicle is on site.
- You will manage all service walk-in enquiries on behalf of the dealership.
- Liaising with other departments to provide customers with accurate and competitive pricing for work requirements.
- Handing over and accepting vehicles onto site recording details.
- Upsell additional work and document all findings.
- Contacting all customers personally the day prior for a pre-call.
- Carry out duties while adhering to Brand service requirements.
- Carry out all previous history checks on vehicle to ensure correct work is allocated.
About you / Requirements
- Excellent administration and interpersonal skills to talk through and schedule work through the workshop.
- Be an effective communicator.
- Have experience in a highly focused, customer-facing role.
- Have had previous relevant experience within the automotive industry would be an advantage but not essential.
- Be passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Be organised and have good attention to detail.
