Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00. (NO SATURDAY ROTA)
We are looking for a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor for our clients Oxfordshire based dealership.
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer requests
- Booking in vehicles for service / repair
- Checking in vehicles
- Track vehicle through the workshop
- Handover the vehicle
- Deal with customer complaints
- Contribute to improved service processes
You should possess excellent customer service skills, be presentable, professional, reliable and a dedicated team player.
As you will be working as part of a team, good communication skills and IT skills are essential as well as being able to work on your own initiative as and when required, and the ability to prioritise your own workload.
