Hours
Monday to Friday 8.00 – 5.30. No Saturday rota!
Duties
- Responding to customer requests
- Booking in vehicles for service / repair
- Checking in vehicles
- Track vehicle through the workshop
- Handover the vehicle
- Achieve incremental sales
- Use technology effectively
- Manage your own performance
- Contribute to effective working
- Deal with customer complaints
- Contribute to improved service processes
Qualifications
You – the successful Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor :
- Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor in a main dealership or independent workshop
- Excellent customer service skills
- Full UK DL
