ROLE: Car Sales Executive
LOCATION: Romford
SALARY: 22.5k basic, 50k OTE + Car + Benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.30 β 6.00, with a day off. Saturday 8.30 β 9.00. Sunday 10.00 β 5.00
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting for leads daily to maintain a consistent sales pipeline
- Managing customer relationships effectively and delivering excellent service
- Working independently to meet sales targets and support brand growth
- Ensuring all sales activities comply with company standards and brand guidelines
Qualifications:
- Proven car sales experience, ideally within a franchise or well-established dealership
- Demonstrates regular prospecting activities daily and consistent sales performance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Vehicle Sales Executive / Motor Sales Executive Advisor background within the UK automotive industry
- Full UK driving licence
- The right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
