ROLE: Light Commercial Vehicle Technician LOCATION: Heathrow, West London SALARY: 40k Basic – 54k OTE (uncapped) + Company benefits HOURS: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Saturday morning rota (1 in 3 paid at 1.5) Flame Recruitment are currently looking for a Light Commercial Vehicle Technician / Van Technician / LCV Technician / LCV Mechanic / Light Commercial Vehicle Mechanic to join our client’s workshop in West London. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out mechanical and electrical repairs, servicing and maintaining modern and varied vehicles, including cars, vans, and other light commercial vehicles. Light Commercial Vehicle Technician / Van Technician / LCV Technician / LCV Mechanic / Light Commercial Vehicle Mechanic – Day to day: * Performing major and minor repairs to vans * Performing regular inspection and general preventive maintenance services. * Maintaining inventory in the workshop and cleanliness from oil spills and dust. * Working with repair teams to help diagnose and plan repairs for the vehicles. * Maintaining records of vehicles that have been repaired, using * Completing relevant documentation and paperwork as required and providing warranty claims or escalating them to higher management. * Carry out wheel alignment and tyre fitting. * Complete customer documentation while working to agreed time scales.
