ROLE: Car Sales Executive
LOCATION: Eastbourne
SALARY: 30k basic, 50k OTE + Car + Benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.30 – 6.00 - with a day off. Saturday 8.30 – 5.00. 1 in 3 Sundays
Flame Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Car Sales Executive / Motor Sales Executive / Sales Executive in Eastbourne.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting for leads daily to maintain a consistent sales pipeline
- Managing customer relationships effectively and delivering excellent service
- Working independently to meet sales targets and support brand growth
- Ensuring all sales activities comply with company standards and brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Proven car sales experience, ideally within a franchise or well-established dealership
- Demonstrates regular prospecting activities daily and consistent sales performance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
