Role: Car Sales Executive
Location: Dunstable
Salary: 22.5k basic, 55k OTE + Car + Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45 – 6.00 - with a day off. Saturday 8.45 – 5.00. Every other Sunday 10.00 – 4.00.
Overview: Flame Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Car Sales Executive / Motor Sales Executive / Sales Executive in Dunstable.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting for leads daily to maintain a consistent sales pipeline
- Managing customer relationships effectively and delivering excellent service
- Working independently to meet sales targets and support brand growth
- Ensuring all sales activities comply with company standards and brand guidelines
About you:
- Proven car sales experience, ideally within a franchise or well-established dealership
- Demonstrates regular prospecting activities daily and consistent sales performance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
