ROLE: Car Sales Executive
LOCATION: Chelmsford
SALARY: 30k basic, 60k OTE uncapped + car + benefits
HOURS: Monday – Friday 9.00 – 6.00 (fixed day off). Saturday 8.30 – 5.30. Every other Sunday 10.00 – 4.00.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join the largest Motor Retailers in Essex. My client's continued success can be attributed to their strong performance, growth and leadership throughout their sites. Selling new and used cars, the client’s focus is on their people; they know that to keep this level of success they need a strong team in place, and they believe heavily in nurturing their staff and providing them with state-of-the-art facilities and a supportive management.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting for leads daily to maintain a consistent sales pipeline
- Managing customer relationships effectively and delivering excellent service
- Working independently to meet sales targets and support brand growth
- Ensuring all sales activities comply with company standards and brand guidelines
Candidate profile:
- Previous car sales experience
- Be a confident and excellent communicator
- Ambitious
- Well-presented
- Have a “strong can do” and flexible attitude
- Driver with full clean manual UK driving licence
