LOCATION: Oxford

SALARY: 20k basic, 45k ote + Car + Benefits

HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.30 - 6.00 with a day off. Saturday 8.30 - 5.30. NO SUNDAYS!

Flame Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Car Sales Executive in Oxford.

The duties for our Car Sales Executive vacancy:

  • Prospecting for leads daily to maintain a consistent sales pipeline
  • Managing customer relationships effectively and delivering excellent service
  • Working independently to meet sales targets and support brand growth
  • Ensuring all sales activities comply with company standards and brand guidelines

About you the successful Car Sales Executive:

  • Proven car sales experience, ideally within a franchise or well-established dealership
  • Demonstrates regular prospecting activities daily and consistent sales performance
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
