We’re now entering an exciting phase of growth, and we’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to help support taking Flame PR to the next level. This isn’t just another SAE role — it’s a chance to play a critical role in the agency’s expansion strategy, working directly with the senior team to deliver excellence to our clients. The Opportunity
We are looking for our next hungry, proactive, sociable superstar, with strong tech b2b experience, to join our team to work on an exciting portfolio of clients across AI, Cyber Security, digital transformation, agentic commerce, data centres and asset-backed blockchain.
You’re not afraid of the phone, taking a fierce approach to media relations. You enjoy the chase. You understand how to open doors with the media and can show evidence of landing high quality, tier-1 coverage, including broadcast.
You should have demonstrable experience drafting sharp, insightful tech-focused bylines and thought‑leadership pieces with the ability of turning complex narratives into compelling media moments. You should also be able to build great client relationships, turning conversations into delivery.

Responsibilities of the role
- Working across a portfolio of 5-6 accounts
- Developing media and influencer relationships
- Creating and pitching stories to trade and tier 1 print and broadcast media
- Lead on client reporting and account admin
- Attend client calls and meetings
